Information to Consumers

• GST Number Updation is applicable for services under Commercial(LM51) and Industrial(Industries-Metro and Industries-Non Metro) Tariff Category.
• After Entering the Service connection number, OTP will be sent to valid Mobile number and Existing Email id will be shown to consumer.
• Enter new Email ID incase of invalid Email id is available for service connection number,It will be updated in the records,Once the GST Number is submitted for approval.
• Consumer Should upload valid ID proof and GST Certificate. On verification and confirmation by the Area Engineer, the GST number will be updated in the records.
• The name in the GST certificate and ID proof should match with Consumer name in the records.
