Guidelines
  • Consumer can register the petition through Petition Entry menu.

  • Once the petition has been registered a petitionID will be created. The complainant shall track the petition using this petition ID and the status can be viewed using Petition Status menu.

  • In order to view the orders issued by the CGRF of concerned circle, Click the Latest Orders menu. In that page select your circle.

  • All the CGRF petitions(received via online/manual) for which order has been passed will be listed out.

  • Click the petition of your interest to download the orders passed.
